Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your trust and strive to provide a seamless experience. Please review our policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling:

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Within 48 hours of scheduled service:
    No refund of the advance amount will be provided, regardless of whether the cancellation is informed or uninformed.
  • 72 hours or more before scheduled service:
    • If the cancellation is informed, a coupon code equivalent to the advance amount will be issued. It will be valid for future bookings and adjustable against a new booking only.
    • Uninformed cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the advance amount.

2. Refund Eligibility

A full refund will be processed only if the company fails to deliver the service due to any unforeseen circumstances.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed if informed at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, subject to availability.
  • Requests made within 48 hours may:
    • Incur additional charges
    • Or be treated as a cancellation (no refund)

4. Payment & Dispute Terms

By paying the balance amount via any mode (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, UPI, Netbanking, or Cash), the customer agrees that:

  • ✅ Service was rendered as agreed.
  • ✅ No unresolved issues exist.
  • ✅ Balance payment confirms acknowledgment of satisfactory service.
  • ✅ The customer will not raise disputes for paid amounts in the future.

Note: To qualify for a refund of any advance or booking payment via payment gateway, a written request must be submitted to [email protected] on the same day as the scheduled service.

False Dispute Penalty

  • Liable for transaction fees + 15% penalty
  • Customer may be blacklisted from future bookings until resolved

5. General Terms

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
  • Coupons issued have no expiry date.
  • The company reserves the right to modify this policy with prior notice.
